-HPV-CLOTHES

What is it?

They are compressive lesions that appear as papules initially in the proctogenital region. They increase in size as they progress. They are caused by the virus HPV. There are strains HPV , some of which are oncogenes responsible for cervical and genital cancer (e.g. HPV 16, 18 ).  

-Prevention- Treatment 

  • The use of condoms during sexual intercourse. 
  • Regular screening of women with test pap. 

There is a vaccine against pustules HPV. The treatment is by removal, with laser CO2.
